Southern District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod is the regional body of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod that includes Alabama. It was created in 1881 and its offices are in Slidell, Louisiana.
Birmingham-area congregations include:

- Trinity Lutheran Church
- Unity Lutheran Church
