The Docena Post Office (ZIP code 35060) is the post office serving the village of Docena in Western Jefferson County. It was first established inside the Docena Mercado and later moved to a manufactured building outside the vacant store building.
Postmasters for the Docena Post Office have included Rae Maddox, Erskine Bonds, Mildred Boger, Cherry Reddin Taylor and Boyce Hyde.
