Daniel affiliate "DVI 2005 LLC" sold the property to Redus Alabama Commercial LLC, an affiliate of Wells Fargo, for $9.6 million in 2005. Redus sold the property to "GVI 2014 LLC", an affiliate of Hazelrig Realty Co., in 2014.
