Glennbrook at Oxmoor Valley is a planned $50 million, 300 unit Hope VI mixed-income housing development off Lakeshore Drive in Birmingham's Oxmoor Valley.

The development is a joint effort between Formation Methods and Penrose. $9 million of the project cost is being contributed by the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District. The community was first planned for the area of Fountain Heights near the Civil Rights District, but land acquisition proved too costly. The construction of 25 single family homes in Fountain Heights, however, is still planned as part of the overall project.
