Bluff Park Elementary School is a school for grades K-5 in the Hoover City Schools system, located at 569 Park Avenue in Hoover. It was founded in 1924 as part of Jefferson County Schools, replacing the former Summitt School.
Several additions to the original building were made over the years, including a major expansion in 1998. In 2003 that facility was shuttered and a new school building was constructed adjacent to the original. The former school building was leased to the Hoover Historical Society and Artists on the Bluff as a community cultural center until 2017, when the Hoover Board of Education determined that it could not bear the cost of updating the facility to current building codes and began planning to demolish it.
