This is a List of Birmingham homicides in 1913. It includes homicide cases occurring within the city limits during the calendar year. Note that not all homicides are ultimately ruled to be murder in courts of law.

- November 24: Fred Ransom was shot to death at the home of Leroy Reeves on 5th Avenue in Monte Sano in an apparent jealous rage. Letters between Ransom and Mrs Reeves were submitted as evidence along with witness testimony. The coroner's jury determined that the shooting was justified and Reeves was released.
- November 25: Charles Falilia was shot to death at his store and residence at the Frisco Crossing in Pratt City. A man who had lingered at the sandwich counter until closing was suspected of returning and shooting him, but he was not found and was presumed to have fled by train.
- December 11: William H. Gray was shot and killed by J. B. Moss on 19th Street North near 1st Avenue. Moss was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
