The 2010 Miles College Golden Bears football season was the 3rd and last for head coach Billy Joe, who resigned for health reasons in October. Assistant Patrick Peasant completed the season as interim coach. The Golden Bears compiled a record of 1-4 with a SIAC (Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conferece) record of 1-3. They played their NCAA Division II home games at Albert J. Sloan-Alumni Stadium, and at Legion Field.
