The 2012 Shelby County Airport plane crash was a non-fatal aviation accident that occurred near the Shelby County Airport on June 9, 2012.

The Cessna 120H aircraft, piloted by Don W. Reid of McCalla, arrived at the airport from a landing strip in Warrior. The plane was pushed off course by a sudden gust of wind as it approached the airport's runway. The craft collided with a tree and suffered substantial damage. Reid suffered only minor injuries.
