2718 20th Street South is a two-story, 9,500 square-foot, brick-clad office building located at 2718 20th Street South in Homewood, facing Independence Drive.

The building was formerly owned by Charles Nowlin and Justin Craft, executives of the lead tenant, Nowlin & Associates wealth management. In 2020 they sold the property to Dunn Real Estate for $2.2 million.
