400 41st Street (officially 400 Forty-First Street S.) is a redevelopment and expansion of a former 1930s Gulf filling station at 400 41st Street South in Forest Park-South Avondale. The 4,000 square-foot project was undertaken in 2017 by developer Adam Thrower. Design Initiative served as architect for the project, which was built by Prier Construction.
