ABI Capital Management LLC is an investment banking firm with offices at 111 19th Street North in Birmingham, which it shares with the Urban Development Group, both headed by Willie Huff with Stephen LaDuke as managing member.

The firm was named in a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of a lengthy investigation into bond swap agreements between JP Morgan Chase and Jefferson County. JP Morgan settled the lawsuit without admitting to wrongdoing.
