Adams Produce Co. LLC is a fruit and produce wholesaler located at 302 Finley Avenue in Birmingham with distribution facilities serving Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

The company was founded in 1903 by Edwin Adams and remained family-owned for generations. It was a primary supplier to Hill's Food Stores and also supplies restaurants, schools and other institutions with fresh produce.

The Adams family sold the business to CIC Partners LP of Dallas, Texas in 2010. The new owners kept many executives, including CEO Scott Grinstead, in place.

In 2012 Adams Produce filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
