The Alabama Biscuit Company is a specialty store and cafe located in the former Primavera coffee roasters location at 4133 White Oak Drive, near the intersection with Cahaba Heights Road in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood of Vestavia Hills.

Founded in February 2013 by Jonathan and Merideth Burch, the Alabama Biscuit Co. began selling its baked goods and mixes at Pepper Place Market.

The Cahaba Heights shop opened to the public on November 1, 2013, serves fresh-made biscuits made from stone-ground sprouted spelt flour and local dairy products. The biscuits are served as breakfast sandwiches or with a variety of toppings alongside Octane coffees, fresh-squeezed fruit juices, muffins, cookies and other items.

In 2016 Burch opened a second location of the Alabama Biscuit Company as a market stall in the Pizitz Food Hall in downtown Birmingham.
