Alison Grizzle (born c. 1975) is a math teacher at P. D. Jackson-Olin High School.

Grizzle grew up in Homewood and graduated from Homewood High School in 1993. She earned undergraduate degrees in math and English from Denison University in Granville, Ohio in 1997, a master's from UAB in 1999, and a doctorate on-line from Walden University in 2010. She did her student teaching in the Ensley area and joined Birmingham City Schools as a full-time teacher in 1999.

Grizzle was named "Alabama Teacher of the Year" by the Alabama State Board of Education in 2013.
