Hubert Ann Kelley (born April 24, 1947 in Fairfield) is a soul and disco singer who was a founding member of the Hues Corporation, active during the 1970s and best known for their 1974 single "Rock the Boat" and for their appearance in the 1972 blaxploitation film "Blacula" (as "The 21st Century Limited").

The group disbanded in 1978, after which Kelley pursued a career in ministry.
