The Arlington Business Center is an office strip occupying the block between 4th and 5th Avenues South between 15th and 16th Streets. The 42,818 square-foot strip was constructed in 1981. The property is owned and managed by Watts Realty. A 2008 refurbishing involved cleaning and repainting the stucco exterior.
