The Arthur Adams residence is a 4,736-square foot Colonial Revival-style house located at 2974 Rhodes Circle in Birmingham's Highland Park neighborhood. It was designed by architect William Weston for real estate executive Arthur Adams, and completed between 1908 and 1910.

The house was listed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage on May 25, 1976. It is currently owned by physician Donald Kern.
