The Bailey Cemetery is a historic cemetery on Shelby County Highway 62 in the Arkwright community near Vincent. It is named for plantation owner William Bailey and contains over 1,000 graves, including those of his family, neighbors, slaves and their descendants.

The cemetery was restored beginning in June 2011 by a group founded by realtor Judy Naugle and Anne Gibbons. A group of students from the Alabama Governor's School participated in a major clean-up day. A marker ewas erected by the Alabama Society of Daughters of the American Colonists in April 2012 and the site was added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage in August of the same year.
