Bandit Pâtisserie is a bakery and pastry shop founded by Kristen Hall and Victor King as a follow-up to their former Feast & Forest restaurant at 2nd Row and as a companion to their later restaurant, The Essential.

The first Bandit Patisserie opened on November 1, 2019 in the former Revelator / Sweet Jon's Cafe location at 2821 Central Avenue in Homewood.

The second location, a retail outlet, opened in late 2020 at 2015 1st Avenue North, near their restaurant in the Founders Station redevelopment of the Caldwell-Milner building in downtown Birmingham.
