The Basset Apartments are an apartment complex located in the 3300 block of Clairmont Avenue.

In 2006 a joint venture of Formation Methods, Hinton Properties and Netherlands-based Euro American Advisors proposed demolishing the Basset and four neighboring complexes to make way for 216 condominiums.
