Bessemer High School was a high school serving the Bessemer area during most of the 20th century.

Bessemer High School originated at Arlington School at the corner of Arlington Avenue and 19th Street South Bessemer from 1910 to 1923. It then moved to a new building on Second Avenue in September 1923 that was only 50% completed. The school was completed in 1936. It closed in June 1970, being replaced by Jess Lanier High School in the fall.
