Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham (BBBS) is the Birmingham area chapter of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, which was founded in 1977 with the merger of the older Big Brothers and Big Sisters programs that began in New York City in the early 20th century.

The group matches children from single-parent families with screened adult volunteers to serve as mentors. The Birmingham chapter's offices are located at 1901 14th Avenue South.

BBBS was honored as "Nonprofit of the Year" by the Birmingham Business Alliance in 2011 and 2013.
