The Birmingham Angel Network is a group of executives, professionals and accredited investors who meet quarterly to evaluate and provide investment capital for start-up companies in the Birmingham area. The group's board of advisors consists of James McCormick, Eason Balch III and Adam Levine. The executive director is Joshua Watkins.

The group became an official member of the Angel Capital Association on July 18, 2008.
