Blue Lake Center, formerly Colonial Center at Blue Lake, is a 4-story, glass-enclosed, capsule-shaped office building located at 3500 Blue Lake Drive off of I-459 near the U.S. Highway 280 interchange. It was constructed in 1982.

The 166,779-square-foot building is ringed by 522 parking spaces.

In 2014 Biscayne Atlantic of Hollywood, Florida acquired the property along with International Park for a combined $51 million. The property is managed by CBRE Birmingham.
