Brian Burks is an artist, music promoter, founder of the Birmingham Punk Rock Art Show and owner of Wantfull Things Tattoos and Cultural Artifacts. He markets his art, which is sold at his shop and by commission, under the "Art By Burx" brand. His artwork was formerly exhibited at Birmingham Oddities ,

Burks grew up in Arizona and was heavily influenced by comic books and punk rock.

His wife, Hannah is a partner in his promotions. They have three children.
