Brookhaven Methodist Church is a Methodist church located on 31st Street Southwest between Brookhaven Avenue and Snavely Avenue in Powderly.

The church was destroyed by a fire on November 9, 1943. Its trustees approved a plan in January 1944 to construct the present building Gothic revival building for an estimated $5,000. The church was designed by Birmignham Methodist architect George Turner. The church later closed and the building used by Powderly Church of Christ.
