Cahaba Park Apartments is 34-unit, 36,467 square-foot apartment complex occupying a cluster of eight brick-clad 2-story buildings on a 3.79-acre parcel at 3385 Old Montgomery Highway in Homewood. It was constructed in 1954.

In May 2022 Elton Stephens Jr sold the complex to H2 Real Estate for $4,692,000.
