The Capri Apartments were an apartment complex located between Caldwell Avenue and Niazuma Avenue facing 27th Place South. The three-story concrete building, owned by Ralph Dewberry, was completed in 1959.

Each unit featured individual heating and air-conditioning units, fireproof and soundproof construction, Marlite and Formica-clad kitchens, free hot and cold water, noiseless mercury light switches, glassed-in tub-showers and access to television antennas. The basement held laundry equipment and the parking lot accommodated 58 cars.

The units were initially marketed by Molton, Allen & Williams. The complex was demolished in 2005 for construction of the Capri on Caldwell condominiums.
