Center Point Fire Station No. 3 was located on Cleage Drive in the Pawnee Village area of the district's coverage area. It originally opened in the early 1990s with joint funding from Jefferson County. The station was planned to house a Jefferson County Sheriff's Department substation as well as the fire station. Before plans could be finalized, Jefferson County pulled funding. Center Point Fire District continued to use the building for a few years but closed it citing maintenance costs. To date, the station is still standing and is owned and used for storage by Royal Cup Coffee.
