Century Restaurant and Bar was a fine-dining restaurant located inside the Tutwiler Hotel on Park Place in downtown Birmingham. Formerly known as Icon Restaurant and Bar, it changed names after the hotel operator, Integral Hospitality, brought Culinard in to manage it.

Century's executive chef was Zac Waters. His menu ranged from $14 to $30 for entrees, and included grilled razorback chops, smoked duck breast with andouille sausage, and rib-eye steaks with bleu cheese and fall vegetable au gratin.
