Chai Market

Chai's Oriental Food Store is a multi-ethnic grocery store located at 2133 7th Avenue South at the corner of 22nd Street South. The store, which has been open since the mid 1970s, is owned by Peter Chaiprakob, a Thai-born Chinese-American and his wife.

While the store specializes in Asian imports, Chai's also stocks products from other countries for his multi-ethnic clientele.
