Charles Cook born Jan 15th 1971 is an African American entrepreneur in the filed of real estate. Mr. Cook came from Detroit Michigan in the year of 1996 to the great state of Alabama to pursue great dreams of owning a company. In the year of 2001 Mr. Cook set out to revitalize the city of Birmingham by purchasing foreclosed properties and bringing them up to city and state code. Mr. Cook made it a point to purchase one to two homes per year and he has since purchased ten (10) homes and a apartment complex all while revitalizing the city.
