The Copper Grill Lobster & Steak House is a small chain of upscale restaurants owned and operated by Amalgamated Concepts. The chain's slogan is, "Clearly a matter of taste."

The Brookwood Village location, the only one in Alabama, is open for dinner all week and lunch on weekdays. Its chief chef is Tom Minchella, formerly of "Chops" and the Atlanta Fish Market. The dinner menu includes items such as a 14-ounce New York Strip for $29.95 and African Lobster, which features two lobster tails for $49.95.

In January 2007, lawyers for the estate of Amalgamated Concepts' late owner, Harold Ruttenberg, announced the restaurant chain was for sale. They reported that there were several interested buyers. Some were interested in only one or two of the three locations, while others wished to purchase the entire chain. Whether any of the restaurants continue under their current name will depend on the buyer(s).
