The Copper Grill Lobster & Steak House is a small chain of upscale restaurants owned and operated by Amalgamated Concepts. The chain's slogan is, "Clearly a matter of taste."

The Brookwood Village location, the only one in Alabama, is open for dinner all week and lunch on weekdays. Its head chef is Tom Minchella, formerly of "Chops" and the Atlanta Fish Market. The dinner menu includes items such as a 14-ounce New York Strip for $29.95 and African Lobster, which features two lobster tails for $49.95.

In January 2007, lawyers for the estate of Amalgamated Concepts' late owner, Harold Ruttenberg, announced the restaurant chain was for sale. In June the Birmingham and Richmond, Virginia locations were sold to Haddad Restaurant Group of Kansas City, Missouri, owners of the Plaza III Steakhouse chain. The Destin, Florida location was sold to a different buyer.
