Costa's New South Cafe was a restaurant located at 3443 Lorna Road in Hoover.

New South Cafe, opened in 1994, was a "reimagining" of the existing Costa's Famous BBQ restaurant, a chain which at the time had locations in Huffman and Finley Boulevard. The menu was heavy on seafood and Greek staples, and still offered the barbecue. In 1995, the restaurant was re-christened Costa's Mediterranean Cafe with a similar menu.
