Costa & Head Land Company (founded in 1981 as Leedy-Costa & Head, Inc.) was a development company led by architect Pedro Costa and developer Nelson Head, which focused on redevelopment projects in Downtown Birmingham. Among their completed projects are "The Atrium" on the 1900 block of 2nd Avenue North.
