Crew 38 is a racist skinhead organization associated with the Hammerskin Nation. It has chapters in Birmingham and Huntsville. Its activities are monitored by the Montgomery-based Southern Poverty Law Center.

The name of the group references the 3rd and 8th letters of the alphabet, "C" and "H", standing for "crossed hammers", the emblem of the Hammerskins.
