Cypress Gardens is a 150-unit apartment complex off Lorna Road in Hoover built in 1972. The road through the complex is called Carousel Court.
The complex was renovated in 2012 and sold by Georgetown Investments to Florida-based Newport Property Ventures for $5 million in October of that year.
