Desperado's was a topless dance club located on U. S. Highway 78 in Northern Jefferson County near Sumiton. It was owned by Steven Wayne Roberts and closed in October 1996. The one story metal building was later occupied by The Sugar Shack, operated by Robert's niece, Shannon Daniel.
