Eissmann Group Automotive is a Bad Urach, Germany-based manufacturer of automotive interior assemblies. Since 2005 the company has operated a major fabrication plant in eastern Pell City, which has expanded five times and now employs more than 800 workers, making it the largest single employer in St Clair County.
