The Elyton Presbytery was the organizational unit of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church encompassing the Birmingham area from 1831 to 1884. In 1880, some of the churches in it were formed into the Springville Presbytery. In 1884 it was incorporated into the Alabama Presbytery.
