Flats on 4th is a 5-story, 86-unit apartment building which was constructed in 2017 on the 1500 block of 4th Avenue South in the Parkside district. It was developed by Watts Realty for $16.5 million. Hendon & Huckestein were the architects for the building, and Stewart Perry was the general contractor.
The complex would have had five floors with a separate parking deck. The developers later reduced the size of the project to four floors of units above ground floor enclosed parking garage.
