The Forest Park Cove Apartments are an apartment complex located in the 3300 block of Clairmont Avenue.

In 2006 a joint venture of Formation Methods, Hinton Properties and Netherlands-based Euro American Advisors proposed demolishing Forest Park Cove and four neighboring complexes to make way for 216 condominiums.

Later, Formation Methods announced plans to work with outside investors to construct a single 247-apartment community in place of the five aging properties, which have 188 units between them. The project is tentatively called "Clairmont Apartment Homes".
