The Forest Park Cove Apartments are an apartment complex located in the 3300 block of Clairmont Avenue.

A joint venture of Formation Methods, Hinton Properties and Netherlands-based Euro American Advisors have proposed demolishing Forest Park Cove and four neighboring complexes to make way for 216 condominiums. Demolition is expected in early 2007.
