The George Raps & Co. Saloon was a bar operated by George Raps in the O'Brien Opera House building on 1st Avenue North at 19th Street. He opened the saloon in 1883 and expanded it into one of the city's largest such establishments.

Inside, Raps displayed an extensive collection of "curiosities", including a pipe said to have been owned by Sitting Bull's grandmother that was donated by L. W. Derrick.
