Germania Park is a neighborhood centered around N.H. Price Elementary School and Germania Park. It runs from approximately Pearson Avenue SW and 24th St SW/South Park Road to the railroad tracks at 31st St. SW and Jefferson Avenue. Notable landmarks include the Package Store, M&N Grocery (referred to as Mike's) and the Powderly Laundrette, as well as Powderly Shell at the site of the old Piggly Wiggly.
