Goldwire Heights is a 31-home subdivision developed in 2010 on Goldwire Terrace in Titusville by New Start Neighborhood Revitalization with incentives from the City of Birmingham.

Under the redevelopment agreement, the city, which owned the property off Goldwire Street, turned it over to the developer and subsidized construction at the rate of $25,000 per home in order to allow them to be sold at an average of $85,000.

The subdivision includes fenced yards, paved sidewalks, streetlights and two park areas. Ground was broken on February 26, 2010.
