The Higgins residence is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath, 2 level home located on a wooded lot in the Crestline area of Mountain Brook. It was designed by architect Fritz Woehle.

The downstairs of the house features an open floor plan that encompases a central staircase. Two fireplaces, a living room area, a "seating area", a separate den, kitchen, formal dining area, and the master bedroom suite. White pickled hardwood floors throughout the downstairs, accented with Bessemer Gray bricks at the main entry and around both fireplaces.

A Large 1/2 Circle picture window on the second floor overlooks the circular drive and woods. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms & a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Rear of the house offers a large deck and swimming pool.
