This article is about the apartment building at 1300 Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard South. For the former Highland View apartments in Glen Iris, see The Park at Callington Apartments.

Highland View Apartments or Highland View Towers is a 4-story brick apartment building constructed in 1905. The U-shaped building has a raised courtyard entrance on Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard South and another basement-level entrance on 13th Street South. It contains 39 efficiency and one-bedroom units.

Currently the building is owned by Aletheia House, but is marketed for sale for $900,000. A methamphetamine-manufacturing operation was discovered in the building in September 2016 and three individuals were taken into police custody.
