Hillman Park is a neighborhood in the Grasselli community of Birmingham. Hillman Park is one of the smallest neighborhoods, comprising a section south of Carver Avenue between 45th Street Southwest and Fairdale Road.

The Hillman Park Neighborhood Association, which meets every 2nd Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Victory Tabernacle Church, is presided over by Jim Boyd. Vice President is Walter Burrell and Secretary is Celeste Whitaker.
